When you use the RSmart App or visit the RSmart App website,We will automatically receive and record information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, web page records of your needs, and RSmart App Cookies information;

1.3. When you use the RSmart App,We will obtain information about the pasting board, and there is a behavior of collecting device MAC addresses and software installation lists;

Based on the device model and permissions granted during the installation and use of RSmart Service,We will collect information related to devices using the RSmart service, including but not limited to ICCID, device model, operating system, Mac address, unique device identifier (a string of characters compiled by the device manufacturer into the device, which can be used to uniquely identify the corresponding device, such as the IMEI number, Android ID, IMSI, etc. of the phone);

1.5. Facial related services. When you choose to activate and use facial related features such as real person authentication and facial recognition authentication, in order to facilitate your use of facial related services in different scenarios and applications and improve the accuracy and security of facial recognition,We will save your facial information. If necessary, compare and verify the facial information you provide with the facial information stored by institutions authorized by laws and regulations or government agencies;

1.6. For the third-party application services you use on the RSmart App platform,We will collect relevant information when you launch the application and process it in accordance with this privacy policy; Third party application service providers may access your personal information on the RSmart App, and their collection of information is subject to their own privacy policies;

1.7.Self start and associated start instructions:

1）To ensure that this application can receive information pushed by the client (such as device alarm information or doorbell information) and background download function normally when it is closed or running in the background, this application must use the (self start) ability. There will be a certain frequency of self start or associated startup behavior of this application through system broadcast wake-up, which is necessary to achieve functions and services.

2）When you open a content push message, with your explicit consent, it will redirect you to open the relevant content. Without your consent, there will be no self start or associated start.

3）When you open the downloaded files within this app, it will be associated with launching a third-party app.

2. Disclosure and sharing of information

Without your consent, the RSmart App will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

2.1. To comply with the requirements of laws and regulations, including providing relevant information to relevant national authorities or authorized units for inquiries;

2.2. To avoid urgent danger to your life, body, or property, or to prevent significant harm to the rights and interests of others;

2.4. When you are complained of intellectual property infringement or other legitimate rights by others, you need to disclose your necessary information to the complainant for complaint processing;

For the convenience of finding each other between you and your contacts, when you enable contact matching, the system will process the phone numbers in the contact list with high-strength encryption algorithms, match the corresponding feature codes, and display users with matching relationships to you. We will not retain any identifiable information in your address book. The mobile phone number data used in your address book will be processed through high-strength encryption algorithms and matched through processed feature codes.

2.6. In order for our partners and our affiliated companies to provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the completion of such services, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including those they previously had access to.

3.1. The account you registered on the RSmart App has password protection to ensure the security of your personal information. Please keep your account and password information safe.

6. Share your personal information with third-party service providers

Some of the service content in this product is provided by third-party service providers. Therefore, we need to provide your personal information to the third-party service provider. If we share your personal information with these third parties, we will use encryption and other means to ensure the security of your information. 9. Others

We may collect and use your personal information in the following additional services we provide to you. If you do not provide this information, it may not affect your use of basic services such as office, communication, and collaboration on the RSmart App, but you may not be able to access the user experience brought by these additional services. These additional services include:

9.1. Camera/Camera based Additional Services: You can use this feature to scan QR codes for facial check-in, photo and video shooting, audio and video calls, and other functions after enabling camera/camera permissions.

9.2. Additional services for accessing and uploading images/videos in photo albums (picture/video libraries) based on storage: You can use this function to upload your photos/images/videos after enabling photo album permissions, in order to change your avatar, chat in groups, communicate with customer service, provide proof, cache logs, and download multimedia such as voice/image/video in the RSmart App. If you refuse to grant us this permission, We will not be able to provide you with services.

9.3. Additional services related to microphone based voice technology: After enabling microphone permission, you can use the microphone to achieve voice input function in single chat/group chat within the RSmart App, or achieve audio and video call function. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable microphone permissions, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click on the microphone icon in the client or record a video.

9.4. Location permissions: You can open your location permissions (including geographic location permissions or WIFI recognition range) to obtain WIFI information.

9.5. Phone status permission: To ensure the security of your account and usage, you need to authorize us to read the local identification code. If rejected, the RSmart App will not function properly due to security risks.

9.6. You understand and agree that the above additional services may require you to enable the ccess permissions forposition information (geographical location), camera (camera), album and storage, microphone (voice), contacts, and phone status，in your device to collect and use information related to these permissions. You can check your device's view the status of the above permissions in "Settings - Application Permissions" and decide whether these permissions can be turned on or off at any time.

9.7. Please note that by enabling any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you close any permission, it means that you have cancelled the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor can we provide you with the services corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to close permissions will not affect the information collection and use based on your authorization.
